- Updates to Extend and Re-Mark Updates

• Default start time on updated request set at 7am (previously 12am)
• Update by date moved up one day to ensure continued active ticket coverage and no gap between 12am-7am on day of excavation.

• Using Explosives requires that access issue information be added. An ONSITE contact is required so locators can verify that the worksite is safe to enter.
• Ticket dates will recalculate on long sessions and prompt the user to revalidate that the dates are correct in case the selected dates are no longer valid.

• Upgrade GeoCall version for new capabilities and bug fixes.
• • Fixed timing issue with the copy function, causing odd behaviors.
  • • 'Special' ticket types that require additional information will prompt the user if any of the types additional information is changing, if not, users will not need to reselect the ticket type and re-enter information.
    • Fixed issue where copy would sometimes not update the source and ticket type appropriately.
• Updated marking instruction validation to not trigger on short, directional street names that were getting flagged by matching characters in the marking instructions.
• Tweaked 'adjoining easement' validation
• Updated cancel request logic to allow for tickets to be canceled up until the expiration date.
• Updates to the Homeowner ticket map instructions
• Updates to mapping tool icons and labels for creating tickets
• Updates to outgoing emails to make them less likely to get caught in spam filters.

Added validations to help enforce better marking instructions.

• Phrases like "adjoining easements", "adjacent easements", "both sides of easement/fence" or any other verbiage similar to this are no longer allowed.
• The marking instructions must include information on where the easements are that are being excavated.

New Features!

Posting the reason for a second notice to the ticket's responses.

• If a 2nd notice is issued for a facility operator who already responded, providing a reason for a 2nd notice (or repeat notice) is required.
• The reason is posted to the ORIGINAL ticket's responses under the response "Repeat Notice Reason" with the reason in the comments.

Canceling Request in the portal.

• Added the ability to cancel a request before the work date/time via updating the ticket into a cancel request.
• Some reasons to cancel a request:
• • Ticket Issue/Needs Correction
  • Work Complete
  • Work Canceled
  • Work Delayed (New work date is passed the 'Expires' Date of the ticket being canceled)
• Option to provide a reference ticket number is a new ticket has already been created to replace the cancel ticket.

• Tickets can no longer be updated to Re-Mark and Extend if the Estimated Completion Date has passed. Tickets will need to be copied, and the scope of work adjusted to reflect when the project will be completed.
• Demolition Notices updated into the Demolition work ticket - Estimated Completion Date is now collected when updating into the Demolition work ticket.
• Fixed an issue regarding requiring the worksite mapping to save a ticket.

Updates to Estimated Completion Date:

• Estimated completion selection is limited to 1 calendar year.
• Default date changed from Compliant Date to Ticket Expires (Good until) Date.

Updates to copy ticket functionality!

• Added ability to copy additional ticket types:
• • Design - Survey Request (May still be required to re-enter some required information).
  • Pre-Excavation Meeting Request (May still be required to re-enter some required information)
  • Correction Tickets (May still be required to re-enter some required information)
  • Demolition Notice Tickets
  • 2nd and 3rd Notice Tickets
• Fixed issues with copy functionality, including:
• • Some copy tickets not being able to be directly submitted because of validation errors from the original ticket.
  • Sources from copy tickets not updating correctly.
  • Copy tickets being saved as drafts, occasionally being sent to OKIE811 to review before the user was ready to submit.

**For Design - Survey and Pre-Excavation Meeting Request, user will be prompted with a question asking if the details specific to those types are changing. If not, information will be retained in the remarks to be carried over to the new copied ticket.
